Pre Fab stairs are a very simple
way of meeting your external stairway requirements. Building a
staircase to suit your needs can be tricky even for an experienced
builder. Meeting both building code regulations, making the stairs
fit the application, and also getting your stairs to work (that
is, to be comfortable to walk up and down) are all challenges
that have been simplified with our range of prefabricated stairs.
Stairs come in either prefabricated
form or alternatively Kit form. All stairs are manufactured from
F7 Kiln dried Rougher Header treated pine, treated to H3 (please
refer to technical information on this website for further information
on hazard levels) for external out door use.
Stock Stair case width is 990mm,
with 160mm rises. (Distance between treads). Other configurations
are available, price on application.
Note: All non stock – standard pre fab stairs must be paid
for at the time of ordering and are a non refundable item.

Dog Kennels are available in
six different sizes. All dog kennels stocked at Waterhouse Treated
Pine are built to the highest standard, with the following features:
Zinc
roof with barge capping, internal ceiling for your pets comfort,
durable plywood floor, and elevation stumps to keep the structure
off any cold surfaces and to prevent weather form entering. All
kennels are constructed from H3 treated pine. (Please refer to technical

levels).
